Reporting Maintenance to MRAC Staff

Following the launch of our new website, tenants can now report non-urgent maintenance matters online to skip the phone que.

However, all maintenance reports still need to come through MRAC staff before contacting the contractor. To report maintenance matters, please either call reception on 9923 0055, report online via our website or, alternately, please call our After-Hours line on 0437 062 830

Prevents Snakes with a Yard Tidy-Up

Summer is also known as snake season. Keeping on top of all the clutter in your yard and regularly trimming grass helps reduce the hiding spots in your backyard that snakes love.

Things like sprinkling coffee grounds, cinnamon and garlic in your garden beds can work as a natural snake repellent, encouraging snakes within 5 meters distance to stay away
