Announcement - Notice to all Members
MRAC members are advised that a Special General Meeting has been called. This meeting is required as a quorum could not be achieved at the prior Annual General Meeting.
The Meeting shall be conducted 4.30 pm, 15 May 2025 at the MRAC office. Please see the attached notice for details.

Policy Update - Housing Approval & Waitlist Management
Members and Tenants are advised that MRAC’s Board of Directors have endorsed an update to the Housing Approval & Waitlist Management Policy.
The Policy has set clear targets for allocation of housing and now allows additional references where prior rental references do not exist e.g. professional or employer references.
Factsheet Update - Tenancy Arrears Management
MRAC has updated and published the new Tenancy Arrears Management Factsheet. This resource explains MRAC’s reliance on rent as its only income, and that if tenants fail to pay rent MRAC and all tenants are at risk.
The resource provides the process that is to be implemented relating to Tenant Arrears management.
